क्या 2019-20 में ग्वार की खेती फायदेमंद रहेगी ?

अमेरिका व चीन के बीच जारी व्यापारिक तनाव के कारण कच्चे तेल की कीमते अन्तराष्ट्रीय बाज़ारों में तेज़ी से गिर रही है l अभी कच्चे तेल की कीमत 61 डॉलर प्रति बरेल से भी निचे आगई है l जो की पिछले चार महिने के निम्नतम स्तर पर है l गिरती हुयी कच्चे तेल की कीमतों ने अंतराष्ट्रीय बाज़ारों में दबाब बना रखा है l अमेरिका में कच्चे तेल की खुदाई की आयल रिग की संख्या में भी गिरावट दर्ज की गयी है l अमेरिक में अभी 984 आयल रिग सक्रिय है जो की पिछले वर्ष की गणना से 76 कम है l बारिश के बाद में कच्चे तेल कीमते ग्वार को प्रभावित करने वाला सबसे बड़ा कारक है l

साधारणतया जून-जुलाई का महीना ग्वार व ग्वार की बिजाई का समय होता है l इसा समय ग्वार की मांग बाज़ार में ज्यादा रहती है। इस समय किसान से ग्वार की आवक बाज़ार में नहीं होती है।ज्यादातर छोटे किसान अपना ग्वार का स्टॉक फ़रवरी-मार्च तक बेच चुके होते है। सिंचित क्षेत्र के किसान प्रमाणित बीज से बीजाई करते है l लेकिन बरानी क्षेत्र में किसान अपने घर का बीज ही काम में लेते है l प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार कपास व खरीफ की दूसरी दालों के अच्छे भाव मिलाने के कारन ग्वार की बीजाई पीछल्रे वर्ष से घटने की आशंका है l

ग्वार की नयी फसल अक्तूबर व नवम्बर महीने में आएगी। व्यापारी या खरीददार अभी ग्वार व ग्वार गम के स्टॉक लेने की बजाय नयी फसल के आगमन पर ग्वार या ग्वार गम खरीदने की योजना बनायेंगे। कमजोर व मानसून में देरी के सिवाय कोई भी दूसरा फंडामेंटल कारक अभी ऐसा नहीं है जो ग्वार व ग्वार गम की कीमतों को सहारा दे सके l बाज़ार के जानकारों के अनुसार ग्वार निचे के स्तर 4000 रूपए प्रति क्विटल को नहीं तोड़ेगा l ग्वार अभी 4100 रूपए प्रति क्विटल के आस पास चल रहा है l

इस वर्ष ग्वार व ग्वार गम की कीमतों ने किसानो को कोई ज्यादा मुनाफा नहीं दिया है l पुरे वर्ष के दौरान ग्वार की कीमते 4100-4800 के बीच में घटती बढती रही। ग्वार गम पाउडर की निर्यात की मांग नहीं होने के कारन ग्वार गम के भावों में इस वर्ष तेज़ी देखने को नहीं मिली। ग्वार की कीमतों को मुख्य सहारा इस वर्ष ग्वार चुरी कोरमा की कीमतों से मिला है l ग्वार चुरी निर्यात होने वाला एक महत्वपूर्ण ग्वार उत्पाद के रूप में उभरा है l विदेशों में पशु आहार प्रोटीन की बढती मांग के कारण के ग्वार चुरी व ग्वार कोरमा के निर्यात में बढ़ोतरी हुयी है l ग्वार गम के पाउडर के निर्यात में कमी दर्ज की गयी है हालाँकि अभी पिछले वर्ष के फाइनल आंकड़े नहीं आये है l 

किसान भाई ग्वार की फसल को प्राथमिक फसल के रूप में बिजाई न करे l ग्वार की फसल को दूसरी वरीयता दे l बाज़ार में जीतनी ज्यादा आवक ग्वार की रहेगी किसान को उतना ही नुकसान है l कृषि गोदामों में रखा माल ग्वार के भाव को चढने ही नहीं देगा l मजबूरन किसानों को विदेशी कंपनी से निर्धारित दाम पर माल बेचन पड़ेगा l जो ग्वार गम पाउडर हम भारत से 100 रुपये किलो पर बहार भेजते है l वो ही ग्वार गम भारत में 1000 रूपए प्रति किलो के भाव पर वापस आ रहा है l

अभी तक की परिस्थिति के अनुसार किसान ग्वार के भाव को 5000 रूपए प्रति क्विटल से ऊपर ले कर नहीं चले l जन्हा तक मानसून के आगमन का सवाल है l अभी तक मानसून के सामान्य रहने की उम्मीद है । केरल में मानसून का आगमन हो चूका है। सामान्य मानसून की स्थिति में ग्वार उत्पादन क्षेत्र में खरीफ की दूसरी दलहन फसलों की बिजाई ग्वार से ज्यादा होगी l हरियाणा में हरियाणा सरकार मक्का की खेती पर किसानों को आर्थिक सहायत दे रही है । राजस्थान में भी किसान बाजार मूंग मोठ पर ज्यादा ध्यान दे रहे है, इस वर्ष किसानों को बाजरे के अच्छे दाम मिल रहे है l

Guar seed and Guar gum prices were quoted lower than last closing due to profit booking at upper level. Prices remained under pressure of profit booking for entire day. Since morning prices did not recover. Prices kept declining due to selling pressure. The selling pressure was also seen in the local market. Prices were quoted lower in local physical markets.  

Export demand of guar is not picking due to lower demand form the oil and natural gas industry. Oil and Natural Gas industry is leading demand generating industry. Slowly and slowly demand is generated from other industries also. New R&D is being set up and use of guar gum in increasing. Food Industry will emerge as next buyer of guar gum powder. Application of guar gum in Food industry is increasing. Before 4-5 years guar gum was not available in retail packing for the end customer. Today thousands of products of guar gum are available in retail packing for end customer use. Due to its health benefit property. guar gum is used as food supplement in different form.

Guar cattle feed / guar korma churi is Methane-reducing cattle feed supplement. That is good for the climate and animal health. Guar korma / Churi is good source of the digestive protein. Guar korma is balanced nutrition source for the chicken fee, cattle feel, fish meal, animal feed. There is around 35-50% protein content in Guar Churi Korma.

Due to increased supply and stagnant demand currently crude oil prices are also not so strong. High demand of guar gum from oil and natural gas cannot be predicated at this current price level. Currently Brent crude oil is being traded are 77.33 USD/Barrel, and WTI crude oil is being traded at 72.28 USD/barrel. OPEC is trying to capture its position in world crude oil market. OPEC owned OPEC Fund is investing USD 1.7 Billion for international development in global climate change and energy transition. As per Baker Hudges global rig counts data there are 64 more active rigs count then previous year in this week USA.

Guar seed and guar gum prices are weak in the local physical markets. Prices of Guar seed and guar gum are quoted lower than Commodity exchanges NCDEX. Future trading of Guar seed and guar gum is also expected to remain stable due to stagnant business at current price level. Good quality of Guar seed is traded at Rs 5300/100Kg and average quality Guar seed is traded at Rs 5000/100 Kg. Standard quality guar gum is traded at Rs 10200/100 kg. In interior location, Guar seed is traded up to 4700-4800/100 Kg. Guar seed is being traded weak in the future market. At NCDEX (National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd) Guar seed-10MT is traded at Rs 5290, 5348 lower by 1.34 percent or Rs 72/100Kg, 1.31 percent or Rs 71/100 Kg with an open interest of 43055, 49595 for Feb and March month contracts. 

guar gum is also traded strong in the future market. At NCDEX (National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd) guar gum- 5MT is traded at Rs 10075, 10243, 10389 lower by 1.40 percent or Rs 143/100Kg, 1.42 percent or Rs 148/100 Kg, 1.66 percent or Rs 175/100 Kg with an open interest of 24855, 33085, 140 for Feb, March and April month contracts.

Guar gum prices slipped below Rs 10,000 level under selling pressure

Since last two days prices of Guar seed and guar gum are declining continuously in future commodity market. On Monday it was bloodbath for Guar seed and guar gum prices. Market closed with lower circuit. In this week new budget will be put in front of parliament by the central government. Before the announcement of the new budget, gaur seed and guar gum prices are under the pressure of profit booking at upper level.

The Oil rig count data released but Baker Hughes are showing the declining trend in active rig in USA. Currently 621 oil rigs are active in USA which are 150 active rig lesser than the previous year rig count. Major demand of guar gum is driven from the oil and natural gas industry. Active oil rig are major indication of demand trend. Generally NCDEX work are price discovery tool for the Guar seed and guar gum prices.

For next 8-9 month supply will remain the same it will not change up to the arrival of new crop in market. Price movement will depend only on the demand of product. There are two main demand, Demand of the gaur gum powder, Demand guar meal (Churi Korma), beside these if there will be any change in the demand of other animal feed product or guar gum substitute then price may move.

The pressure on prices in future market is transferring to local physical market. There is selling pressure in local markets, so buyers are quoting low for the available stock. There are not trading on current level of prices. The current price fall seems the selling pressure. Prices are expected to bounced back after the budget.

Application of guar gum increasing slowly and slowly. Recently Nestle has launched a guar gum based health supplement product, Nestle Resource Fiber Choice.  It is guar gum based product partially hydrolyzed guar gum is used in this product. There is 98% guar gum in this product. As claimed by Nestle this product is good for Gut Health.

guar gum is also traded week in the future market. At NCDEX (National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd) guar gum- 5MT is traded at Rs 9968, 10115 lower by 1.39 percent or Rs 140/100Kg, 1.33 percent or Rs 136/100 Kg with an open interest of 35955, 21950 for Feb and March month contracts.

Guar Product Export has increased by 57.78 % in four years

As per data released by APEDA, export of guar products is increasing continuously since last four years. In year 2015-16 export of guar products was 3,25,249 MT. In year 2018-19 it has increased by 57.78 %. In year 2018-19 there was export of 5,13,210 MT of Guar products. Export of total guar gum has increased by 41.38% from 2,56,676 MT in year 2015-16 to 3,62,900 MT in year 2018-19. Export of guar Korma has increased by 119.19% from 68,573 MT in year 2015-16 to 1,50,310 MT in year 2018-19. Export of guar gum split has increased by 85.75% from 45,667 MT in year 2015-16 to 84,828 MT in year 2018-19.

Rainfall is very poor in guar cultivation area. Crop has damaged in rainfed area due to poor soil moisture. Hot and dry winds are drying the soil. Area of Churu, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Barmer has not got enough rainfall for gaur sowing. Monsoon is being delayed than predictions. If rainfall will come in next week, then farmers will first go for millets and pulses cultivation, after that they will go for guar cultivation. There are clear sign that, this year guar sowing will come down in comparison to previous years. As per fresh sowing data released by Rajasthan Govt. Guar sowing has completed on 6,27,900 hectare area or 21.7 % of targeted guar cultivation area. 

Increasing export is good sign for whole guar gum industry. Major demand of Guar gum is derived from Oil and natural gas industry. Now guar gum demand is increasing from food and other industries. Indian guar gum companies are taking advance steps and started their business directly in European & Western market without help of any existing international guar gum player. Once the guar gum trade will come out from the dependence of European and western player, Indian guar gum industry will become self-sufficient. 

Guar gum business giants are working with Indian companies by keeping role on Indian partner limited to procurement, production and export. Major chunk of profit of Guar gum industry is kept by these giants. These giants are running few CSR project so that they can keep eyes on procurement, production and export activities of Indian partner companies. Major objective behind such CSR projects, are to gather field data on production, price and processing.

Guar Gum and other Guar products Export from India from 2015-2019

Farmers and traders can hold the current stock. If the conditions will remain positive then there are chances that prices may move upward very fast within 2-3 weeks. Current level of prices will remain lower side for this year even in over supply condition. Any shortage of green fodder will lead to increase in demand of Guar Churi Korma. Churi korma has emerged as major guar product to stabilize the guar prices at lower side. Cattle feed industry will emerge as major industry to generate the guar demand.

In this week NCDEX guar seed price is INR 4343/Quintal for 19thJuly contract. BSE guar seed price for 31th July contract is INR 4318/Quintal; NCDEX spot price is INR 4420/Quintal. NCDEX guar gum price is INR 8880/Quintal for 19th July contract. BSE guar gum price for 31th July contract is INR 9025/Quintal, NCDEX spot price is INR 8993/Quintal. In local physical markets (Mandi) guar seed prices is INR 4400/Quintal and guar gum prices is INR 9000/Quintal.

Guar sowing has completed on 2,52,100 Hectare area in Rajasthan

As per data released by Agriculture department Rajasthan Guar seed (Cluster bean- Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) sowing has completed on 2,52,100 Hectare area. This year Agriculture department Rajasthan has targeted Gaur sowing on 31,00,000 Hectare Area. Till 2nd July, 2019, 8.1 % sowing of targeted guar cultivation has completed. Due to poor return in previous years Farmers will switch to other kharif crops instead of guar. During the same period of last year (Kharif 2018-19) guar sowing was completed on 3,73,600 hectare 

Monsoon has delayed in Rajasthan. Till now deficit rainfall has recorded in Guar growing belt of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Haryana. As per meteorological department monsoon will active after 7th July, 2019. Delay in monsoon will lead to poor sowing and damage of existing guar crop. Major production of Guar comes from rainfed area of Rajasthan. Poor and deficient rainfall will cause poor production and poor quality of guar crop.

By the end of this week rainfall will cover entire guar growing belt. Farmers is rainfed area will go for guar sowing after Bajara ( Pearlmillet- Pennisetum glaucum) and kharif pulses. Sowing of guar will be limited in the rain fed area. Though Guar is good crop but farmer prefers it as low opportunity crop in irrigated belt. Guar is an export oriented crop, having many chemical and physical properties useful for many industries. Poor R&D and competitive business practices by Indian guar gum industries are dispersing the profit out of India. 

Though it seems that guar has given return of 20% - 25 % this year but it was a loss making as at the time of arrival prices were high and after that prices fell down and didn’t recovered to same level. Farmer & trader were expecting guar prices above 5000 level. This year, guar didn’t cross 5000 level. Crude oil price is considered as major fundamental for Guar, but this year guar prices didn’t follow the same path of crude oil prices. 

In this week NCDEX guar seed prices are INR 4302/Quintal for 19th July contract. BSE guar seed prices for 31th July contract are INR 4357/Quintal; NCDEX spot prices are INR 4350/Quintal. NCDEX guar gum prices are INR 8610/Quintal for 19th July contract. BSE guar gum prices for 31th July contract are INR 8739/Quintal, NCDEX spot prices are INR 8725/Quintal. In local physical markets (Mandi) guar seed prices are INR 4400/Quintal and guar gum prices are INR 8800/Quintal.

मानसून में देरी से ग्वार की बीजाई इस वर्ष कैसी रहेगी ?

मौषम विभाग के अनुसार राजस्थान में मानसून देरी से आने की उम्मीद है । मौषम विभाग के आंकलन के अनुसार 15 जुलाई तक राजस्थान में मानसून आएगा। मानसून के देरी से आने से ग्वार की बिजाई प्रभावित होगी । ग्वार की सामान्य बुवाई 20-22 जून के आस पास हो जानी चाहिए। वायु चक्रवात तूफ़ान के साथ राजस्थान में बारिश होने की उम्मीद थी। लेकिन वायु तूफ़ान भारत में नहीं घुसा और किनारों से होता हुआ चला गया। ताज़ा जानकारी के अनुसार वायु तूफान वापस भारत की तरफ रुख कर सकता है । इससे राजस्थान में कुछ बारिश हो सकती है ।

लेट होने के बावजूद अगर मानसून अच्छा रहता है तो किसान ग्वार की तुलना में दूसरी खरीफ की फसलों की खेती करेगा l इस वर्ष राजस्थान में मुख्य चुनाव पुरे हो चुके है l राज्य सरकार ने नए फसली ऋण देने में भी अपने हाथ पीछे कर लिए है l पुराने फसली ऋण में फसे किसानो को भी सरकार से कोई विशेष सहायत मिलने की उम्मीद नहीं है l ऐसी स्थिति में किसान सबसे पहले बाजार मूंग मोठ को प्रथमिकत देगा l इस साल बाजरे के भाव भी अच्छे रहे है l अतः किसान के लिए ग्वार दूसरी वरीयता की फसल रहेगी l 

उधर अमेरिका व इरान के बीच राजनैतिक संकट और गहराता जा रहा है l इरान के पास जापान को जाने वाले तेल टेंकरों पर आक्रमण का दोष अमेरिका, ईरान के ऊपर डाल रहा है l इस आक्रमण के चलते इस सप्ताह तेल की कीमतों में 4% से ज्यादा की बढ़ोतरी भी देखी गयी है l बैकरहूज के आयल रिग की गिनती के आंकड़ो के अनुसार आयल रिग की संख्या में गिरावट दर्ज को गयी है l इन आंकड़ों के अनुसार अमेरिका में 969 आयल रिग सक्रिय है जो की पिछले वर्ष से 90 कम है तथा पिछले सप्ताह के मुकाबले 6 कम है l घटती हुयी आयल रिग की संख्या तेल की खुदाई में काम आने वाले रसायन व ग्वार गम के मांग में कमी को दर्शाती है l 

पिछले वर्ष ग्वार की कुल बीजाई राजस्थान में 30,87,769 हक्टैयर पर हुई थी तथा उत्पादन 1,03,14,150 क्विटल तकरीबन एक करोड़ तीन लाख बोरी का हुआ था l ग्वार की उत्पादकता प्रति हेक्टेयर 3.34 क्विंटल की रही थी l इस वर्ष अनुमान के मुताबिक बीजाई 30 लाख हेक्टेयर से कम होने की उम्मीद है l ग्वार का उत्पादन मानसून व ग्वार की उत्पादकता पर निर्भर करेगा l राजस्थान ग्वार का मुख्य उत्पादक राज्य है उसके बाद ग्वार का उत्पादन हरियाणा में होता है पिछले वर्ष हरियाणा में ग्वार की बीजाई 2,46,000 हक्टैयर में हुयी थी तथा ग्वार का उत्पादन 7,87,200 क्विंटल या तकरीबन 7.87 लाख बोरी का हुआ था l हरियाणा के बाद ग्वार का उत्पादन गुजरात में होता है पिछले वर्ष गुजरात में ग्वार की बीजाई 1,34,660 हक्टैयर में हुयी थी तथा ग्वार का उत्पादन 7,35,200 क्विंटल तकरीबन 7.35 लाख बोरी का हुआ था l 

मौषम की बेरुखी का सबसे बुरा प्रभाव बाड़मेर जैसलमेर क्षेत्र में पड रहा है l बारिश के आने से पहले ही अकाल पड़ने की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गयी है l चारे व पानी के अभाव में भारी मात्रा में पशुधन काल के ग्राश बनते जा रहे है l ऊपर से सूर्य देव भयंकर आग बरसा रहे है l इस बीच कई क्षेत्रों में टिड्डी दल ने भी आक्रमण कर दिया है l सिंचित क्षेत्रो में किसानों के और भी बुरे हाल है l मानसून के समय पर आने की उम्मीद में किसानों से जैसे तैसे सिचाई कर के बीजाई तो कर दी लेकिन नहरो में प्रयाप्त मात्रा में पानी नहीं होने के कारन बीजाई की हुयी फसल भी ख़राब हो रही है l पशुओं के लिए हरे चारे का भी संकट खड़ा हो गया है l 

मानसून के लेट होने से सिंचित क्षेत्रो में ग्वार की बीजाई का समय भी निकल रहा है l ग्वार की बीजाई में देरी होने से ग्वार की फसल पकने में ज्यादा समय लेगी l अगर कटाई में ज्यादा समय लगता है तो रबी की फसल की बीजाई में देरी होगी l लेकिन किसान रबी की फसल में देरी नहीं करेगा क्योंकि रबी की फसल सिंचित क्षेत्रो में मुख्य फसल होती है l अतः किसान ग्वार की फसल को बिना अच्छी तरह पके या नमी की अवस्था में ही कटाई करेगा l जिससे ग्वार की उत्पादकता पर बुरा असर पड़ेगा l

Why are Guar gum prices not getting support from strong crude oil price ?

Currently crude oil prices are strong in international market due to increasing conflict between Iran and USA. In recent development USA has put strict restrictions on buying of crude oil from IRAN. Supply of crude oil has become tight with current geopolitics over Venezuela and Iran. Currently crude oil is being traded around USD 72/ Barrel. There are possibilities that crude oil prices may go up further with increasing tension in oil producing regions.

Even though crude oil prices and export of guar gum both are increasing but Guar gum and guar seed prices are not getting enough support from these two positive factors. Export of Guar products is shifting from Guar gum to Guar korma. Increasing Guar korma export is good for gaur industry to support guar prices at lower side, but export of Guar gum is very important to keep the prices strong at upper side.

Indian gaur gum exporters are focused only on demand from oil and natural gas industry. Demand from oil and natural gas industry is highly competitive and volatile. Exporter must focus on demand from other than oil and natural gas industry. Demand from oil and natural gas industry in becoming very risky for whole Guar gum industry. Food and industrial demand is very important. It is stable and long term.

Now guar prices will keep roaming between INR 4000-5000/100Kg . Strong demand of Guar korma will not let the guar prices fall below INR 4000/Kg. Sluggish demand of guar gum from oil and natural gas industry will not let it go higher than INR 5000/100 Kg. This will remain primary limit till new crop will arrive in market in Nobember-2019. Fresh sowing of Guar crop and arrival of monsoon will set new limit of price movement. Even in worst case guar prices will not go below 4000/100Kg at lower side. 

Since there is no any other alternate crop to guar in rain fed area so guar sowing area will not fall freely. Farmers will go for Guar cultivation in rain fed area. If water will available in irrigation canal in sufficient quantity then farmers will go for cotton crop in irrigated area. Otherwise farmer may do the sowing of guar in irrigated area. 

Few multinational companies are collecting data from farmer and guar growing area in pretext to doing CSR project on Guar. These companies are end user of the guar gum in bulk quantity. These companies are using these data to run the guar busindustry with the help of their Indian partners. In next step these companies will force farmers to sell their produce as per profit and loss of the company. Farmers must keep themselves away from these companies in long term.

Guar export has increased by 14.27% in year 2018-2019

As per the data released by APEDA and Agriculture ministry, total export of guar products from April-2018 to March-2019 is 5,13,218 MT, which is 64,093 MT higher than last year. Last year export of guar gum was 4, 49,125 MT. This is positive news for the guar farmers and guar gum exporters that guar products export has increased by 14.27%. This year Guar has generated the foreign exchange of 675 Million USD or equal to 4707 Crore Indian rupees. 

Guar is third largest exportable agriculture commodity after Basmati Rice, Normal Rice and Meat. Other agriculture commodities consume a lot of resources like water, electricity, land, farm inputs. These agriculture commodities also consume financial assistance and subsidy from Govt. Guar is totally different from it. Guar is a rainfed crop cultivated in dry area. Guar doesn’t consume any natural resources and it is not depended on Govt subsidy. 

Guar has emerged as major exportable commodity. But farmers are not benefiting due to volatility in commodities markets and speculations. As per the available data Guar is being exported at USD 1315/MT or INR 91/Kg, while farmers are getting INR 40-43 /Kg for their guar in current guar production cycle. 

There was landing of Feni cyclone in Orisa. As per metrological experts there will be no effect of FENI cyclone on arrival of monsoon. If arrival of monsoon remains normal and timely then there are possibilities that guar cultivation area will shrink. Farmer may opt other Kharif pulses crop for sowing due to lower prices of Guar in recent years. 

The farmers who want to go for Guar sowing should do a soil turning deep ploughing of their farm in May and June month. Soil born disease will be controlled with the help of deep ploughing. If there was attack of root rot disease in previous crop then don’t plan for guar sowing in same plot/patch of farm. Farmers should buy or book their seed in advance. Please buy the Bavistin / carbendazim for seed treatment against fungal disease. 

There is pressure of good Monsoon on Guar prices. Arrival of Guar in market is approximately nil. There will be demand of Guar in current month as Guar sowing seed. There will total demand of 30,000-35000 MT as seed. Guar prices are around INR 4300/100Kg and guar gum prices are around 8900/100kg in local market.

कृषि मंत्रालय व एपेडा द्वारा जारी आंकड़ो के अनुसार पिछले वित् वर्ष अप्रैल-2018 – मार्च-2019 तक ग्वार उत्पादों का कुल निर्यात 5,13,218 मेट्रिक टन हुआ है l जो की पिछले वर्ष के ग्वार उत्पादों के कुल निर्यात से 64,093 MT ज्यादा है l पिछले वर्ष कुल 4,49,125 MT ग्वार उत्पादों का निर्यात हुआ था l ग्वार उत्पादों के निर्यात में 14.27 % की बढोतरी होना भारतीय ग्वार उत्पादक किसानों व ग्वार गम प्रोसेसिंग उद्योगों के लिए एक सकारात्मक समाचार है l इस वर्ष ग्वार निर्यात से देश को 675 मिलियन डॉलर या 4707 करोड़ रूपए के बराबर की विदेशी मुद्रा मिली है l

बासमती चावल, साधारण चावल, मांस के बाद ग्वार निर्यात होने वाला तीसरा सबसे बड़ा कृषि उत्पाद है l बाकि कृषि उत्पाद देश के संसाधनों जैसे पानी, बिजली, जमीन उर्वरक का दोहन करते है, उनको सरकारी सहायत व ऋण मिलता है, न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य से सरक्षित है l इन सब के विपरीत ग्वार शुष्क क्षेत्र व वर्षा आधारित कृषि उत्पाद है l जो न तो प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का दोहन करता न ही किसी विशेष सरकारी अनुदान या सहायता पर आधारित है l 

ग्वार भारत से निर्यात होने वाला एक महतवपूर्ण कृषि उत्पाद के रूप में उभरा है l लेकिन वायदा बाज़ार के उतर चढाव व बाजारों की सट्टेबाजी के कारण ग्वार के निर्यात का फायदा किसानों तक नहीं पहुँच पाता l प्राप्त आंकड़ों के अनुसार ग्वार का निर्यात 1315 डॉलर प्रति मेट्रिक टन या 91 रूपए प्रति किलो के भाव पर हो रह है l जबकि किसान को पिछले वर्ष ( चालू उत्पादन वर्ष में ) ग्वार का औसत भाव 40 - 43 रूपए प्रति किलो से ज्यादा नहीं मिल रह है l 

उड़ीसा में मानसून पूर्व फेनी तूफ़ान आया हुआ है l मौषम वैज्ञानिको के अनुसार फेनी तूफ़ान का डेढ़ महीने बाद आने वाले मानसून के आगमन पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा l अगर मानसून का आगमन पूर्वानुमान के अनुसार समय पर व सामान्य रहता है तो ग्वार की बीजाई कम होने  की उम्मीद है l क्योंकि किसान ग्वार की कम कीमतों से हतौत्साहित हो कर के खरीफ की दूसरी दलहन फसलो की बिजाई करेगा l जिससे आनेवाले उत्पादन वर्ष में ग्वार का उत्पादन इस वर्ष से और भी कम होगा l 

जो किसान ग्वार की बुवाई करना चाहते है वो एक बार गर्मियों ( मई-जून ) में अपने खेत की गहरी जुताई जरुर कर दे l गहरी जुताई करने से जमीं से फैलाब्ने वाले रोगों में कमी होगीl अगर किसी ग्वार के खेत में पीछली बार जड़ गलन की समस्या आयी हो तो उस खेत में ग्वार की नयी बिजाई की योजना न बनाये l किसान अपना ग्वार का बीज अभी से बुक करवाले या खरीद कर रख ले l ग्वार के बीजोपचार के लिए बावेस्टीन या कोर्बोडेज़िम दवाई जरुर खरीद ले l 

बाज़ार में ग्वार के भावों पर अभी अच्छे मानसून के पुर्वानुमान का दबाब चल रहा है। ग्वार की आवक बाज़ार में नहीं के बराबर है। इस महीने ग्वार के निर्यात से अलग ग्वार की मांग बीज के रूम में भी होगी। तकरीबन 30,000- 35,000 MT ग्वार की जरुरत बीज के रूप में रहेगी है। स्थानीय बाज़ारों में ग्वार के भाव 4300 रूपए प्रति क्विटल के आस पास चल रहे है तथा ग्वार गम के भाव 8900 प्रति क्विटल के आस पास चल रहे है

ग्वार गम पाउडर के निर्यात में इस वर्ष जनवरी तक 29% की कमी

APEDA द्वारा जारी कृषि उत्पादों के निर्यात के आंकड़ों के अनुसार 4,65,705 मेट्रिक टन ग्वार उत्पादों का निर्यात हुआ है l जो की पिछले वर्ष से 15,977 मेट्रिक टन ज्यादा है l पिछले वर्ष फ़रवरी तक ग्वार उत्पादों का निर्यात 4,49,728 मीट्रिक टन हुआ था l ग्वार के कुल उत्पाद के निर्यात के हिसाब से यह एक वृद्धि है l लेकिन जनवरी तक आंकड़ों के विस्तार से व गहराई से आंकलन करते है ग्वार के मुख्य उत्पाद ( ग्वार गम ) के निर्यात में भारी गिरावट दर्ज की गयी है l

अप्रैल-18 से जनवारी-19 तक ग्वार कोरमा के निर्यात में 5020 मीट्रिक टन की गिरावट दर्ज की गयी है इस वर्ष ग्वार कोरमा का निर्यात 1,22,417 मेटरिक टन हुआ है पिछले वर्ष 1,27,437 मीट्रिक टन ग्वार कोरमा का निर्यात था l अप्रैल-18 से जनवारी-19 तक ग्वार गम पाउडर के निर्यात में 94,391 मीट्रिक टन की गिरावट दर्ज की गयी है l इस वर्ष ग्वार गम पाउडर का निर्यात 2,27,532 मेटरिक टन हुआ है पिछले वर्ष 3,21,923 मीट्रिक टन ग्वार गम पाउडर का निर्यात हुआ था l

हालांकि अप्रैल-18 से जनवारी-19 तक ग्वार स्प्लिट के निर्यात में 21,127 मीट्रिक टन की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गयी है l इस वर्ष ग्वार स्प्लिट का निर्यात 65,867 मीट्रिक टन हुआ है पिछले वर्ष 44,740 मीट्रिक टन ग्वार गम स्प्लिट का निर्यात हुआ था l ग्वार गम पाउडर के निर्यात में गिरावट एक चिंता का विषय है l हालांकि ये विस्तृत आंकड़े सिर्फ जनवरी तक के ही है l अभी दो महिनें के विस्तृत आंकड़े आने बाकि है l जनवरी तक ग्वार उत्पाद में लगभग 80,000 मीट्रिक टन की गिरावट होना एक अच्छा संकेत नहीं है l 

लगभग 73,200 मीट्रिक टन की ग्वार गम में गिरावट का अर्थ है लगभग 2,10,000 मीट्रिक टन या 21,00,000 बोरी( 100 किलो ) ग्वार की खपत कम होना l ग्वार कोरमा ग्वार गम प्रोसेसिंग का उप उत्पाद है l उसका निर्यात बढ़ने से गवार की खपात में कोई विशेष अंतर नहीं पड़ेगा l 21 लाख बोरी की खपत कम होने से ग्वार की मांग में काफी कमी आ सकती है l हालांकि इस वर्ष ग्वार के उत्पादन के काफी कमी दर्ज की गयी थी l 

इस सप्ताह NCDEX पर ग्वार के भाव 20 मई के सौदे के लिए 4362 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल, BSE पर 30 अप्रेल के सौदे के लिए ग्वार के भाव 4368 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल, NCDEX पर स्पॉट के भाव 4342 रूपए प्रति क्विटल l इसी तरह NCDEX पर ग्वार गम के भाव 20 मई के सौदे के लिए 8755 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल, NCDEX पर ग्वार गम के स्पॉट के भाव 8753 रूपए प्रति क्विटल के आस पास चल रहे है l स्थानीय मंडियों में ग्वार के भाव 4400 रूपए प्रति क्विटल व ग्वार गम के भाव 9000 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल के आस पास चल रहे है l

पिछले सप्ताह ग्वार के भावों में काफी गिरावट दर्ज की गयी थी l गिरावट के बाद भावों में कोई विशेष बढ़ोतरी नजरी नहीं आयी है l साथ में मानसून के अच्छे पूर्वानुमान की घोषणा के कारण ग्वार के भावों पर दबाब आगया l बाकी इस मौषम में बीजाई से पहेले ग्वार के भावों में गिरावट नहीं होनी चाहिए l गवार की बीजाई के दौरान ग्वार की खपत बीज के रूप में बढ़ेगी l

इस सप्ताह भारतीय मौषम विभाग ने मानसून के आगमन से सम्बंधित पूर्वानुमान जारी किया l विदेशी मौषम एजेंसियों के विपरीत अल नीनो की संभावना को बहुत कम बताया है l प्रेस कांग्रेस के बाद वायदा बाज़ार में ग्वार के भावों में भारी गिरावट देखी गयी l किसान व व्यापारी वर्ग ग्वार के भावों में और ज्यादा गिरवाट की आशंका से चिंतित है l ग्वार के भावो को प्रभावित करने वाल मानसून अकेला कारक नहीं है l 

वैश्विक बाज़ार में कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में सुधार लगातार जारी है l कच्चा तेल ग्वार की कीमतों को प्रबह्वित करने वाल सबसे बड़ा कारक है l कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में सुधार होने से तेल की खुदाई की नयी गतिविधिया बढ़ेगी व ग्वार की मांग में भी बढ़ोतरी होगी l कच्चे तेल की कीमते पिछले 5-6 महीने के उच्चतम स्तर पर है l अभी कच्चे तेल के भाव 71 डॉलर प्रति बेरल से ऊपर चल रहे है l कच्चे तेल की बढाती कीमतों का फायदा अमेरिका की शैल गैस व तेल उत्पादन कंपनी को हो रहा है l 

बेकर हुज के तेल के खुदाई के रिग काउंट के आंकड़े भी ग्वार के भावों के लिए सकारात्मक है 12 अप्रैल 2019 तक अमेरिका में 1022 आयल रिग सक्रिय है जो की पिछले वर्ष से 14 ज्यादा है l कच्चे तेल की कीमते बढ़ने से ग्वार व दुसरे ड्रिलिंग उत्पाद की मांग और बढ़ेगी l ग्वार गम की लग भाग 50-60% खपत कच्चे तेल के कुए की खुदाई उद्योग में होती है l 

मानसून के आम्भिक अनुमान से घबराने की जरूर अभी नहीं है l फसल का उत्पादन हो कर जब तक माल किसान अपने घर या गौदाम में ना डाल दे तब तक अनुमान को महज एक अनुमान ले कर ही चलाना चाहिए l अगले 2-3 महीने में 30,000-35,000 MT ग्वार की जरुरत ग्वार के बीज के रूप में होगी l किसान व व्यापारियों को 3-4 महीने घबराने की जरुरत नहीं है l अगले 6-7 महिने तक ग्वार की आवक बाज़ार में बहुत सिमित या नगण्य रहेगी l 

कुछ बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनी एनजीओ के माध्यम से समाज सेवा के नाम पर किसानों के बीच में बाजार की जानकारी इकठ्ठी कर रही है l इन जानकारी के सहारे वो किसानो से सस्ता ग्वार व व्यापारियों से सस्ती ग्वार गम खरीद रही है l बाज़ार की जानकारी व उत्पादन के आंकड़े इकठ्ठा करने के बाद ये कंपनी अपने हिसाब से बाजार को चलाती है l किसानो व व्यापारियों को ऐसी बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनी, एनजीओ व समाजसेवा से दूर रहने की जरुरत है l 

इस सप्ताह NCDEX पर ग्वार के भाव 20 मई के सौदे के लिए 4320 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल, BSE पर 30 अप्रेल के सौदे के लिए ग्वार के भाव 4315 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल, NCDEX पर स्पॉट के भाव 4385 रूपए प्रति क्विटल l इसी तरह NCDEX पर ग्वार गम के भाव 20 मई के सौदे के लिए 8700 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल, NCDEX पर ग्वार गम के स्पॉट के भाव 8733 रूपए प्रति क्विटल के आस पास चल रहे है l स्थानीय मंडियों में ग्वार के भाव 4500 रूपए प्रति क्विटल व ग्वार गम के भाव 9000 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल के आस पास चल रहे है l
