ग्वार व ग्वार गम स्थानीय बाज़ारों में अभी भी बहुत मजबूती में है .

जनवरी का महीना ग्वार व ग्वार गम के हिसाब से एक बढ़िया महिना रहा है। ग्वार व ग्वार गम दोनों की कीमतें लगातार बढ़ रही है। कीमतों के लगातार चढने के बाद कल एक बार ग्वार व ग्वार गम की कीमते ऊपर के स्तर पर मुआफा वसूली / लाभांश अर्जित करने के बाद से वायदा बाज़ार में नीचे गिर गयी थी । बाज़ार में सटोरिये सक्रिय है । वायदा बाज़ार NCDEX में कीमते गिराने के बाद ग्वार व ग्वार गम में एक बार दबाब बन गया था लेकिन इसके दबाब के कारण स्थानीय बाज़ारों में बिकवाली नहीं देखी गयी। जोधपुर के स्थानीय बाज़ारों में कल ग्वार 4300 के आस पास व ग्वार गम 9450 के आस पास बिक रहे थे । दुसरे बाज़ारों में कीमतें थोड़ी बहुत ऊपर नीचे थी ।

अभी किसानो को ज्यादा चिंता करने की जरुरत नहीं है। कीमते कभी भी एक तरफ नहीं चलती। इस साल कुल मिला के ग्वार की कीमते / भाव ऊपर की तरफ ही जाएगें ।  ग्वार की कीमतें 4500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के बाद बहुत ही संवेदलशील रहेगी । एक समय के लिए ऊपर निचे हो सकती है। ग्वार की कीमतें  स्थिर होने के लिए एक बार दो तीन दिन ले सकती है । . लेकिन ज्यादा चिंता की बात नहीं है । नया माल बाज़ार में अक्टूबर-2018 महीने के बाद ही आएगा, तब तक बाज़ार में उपलब्ध मॉल से ही  काम  चलाना पड़ेगा ।

वायदा बाज़ार NCDEX पर ग्वार व ग्वार गम  की कीमते बाज़ार में ग्वार व ग्वार गम की कीमते निर्धारण करने का मुख्य व उत्तम स्त्रोत है । वायदा बाज़ार NCDEX लगातार एक सप्ताह तक एक तरफ़ा ऊतार चढाव स्थानीय बाज़ारों को प्रभावित कर सकता है।  लेकिन वायदा बाज़ार NCDEX पर ग्वार व ग्वार गम  की कीमतों में एक दो दिन के उतार चढाव का स्थानीय बाज़ारों में कोई ज्यादा असर नहीं पड़ेगा.

क्रूड आयल की कीमते मई 2015 के बाद  के सबसे उच्चतम स्तर पर है । पूरा का पूरा यूरोप, अमेरिका, रूस, चीन भयंकर ठन्डे तूफान की चपेट में है । उर्जा के लिए तेल व प्राकृत गैस की अत्यधिक मांग है । क्रूड आयल की बढती कीमतों के साथ ग्वार गम की मांग भी आनेवाले वाले दिनों में ओर बढ़ने वाली है । अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाज़ारों में क्रूड आयल की कीमतें 68 डोलर प्रति बैरल के ऊपर पंहुंच गयी है । क्रूड आयल की ऊँची कीमतें  अमेरिकी अर्थव्यवस्था को बुरी तरह प्रभावित करेगी । अमेरिकी प्रशासन ओपेक देशो द्वारा निर्धारित क्रूड आयल की कीमतों को घरेलु तेल उत्पादन से संतुलित करने की कोशिश करेगा । तेल के नए कुए खोदने में नए तकनीक फ्रेकिंग तकनीक का उपयोग होता है । सबसे ज्याद ग्वार गम फ्रेकिंग तकनीक में ही उपयोग होता है । अमेरिकी प्रशासन ने तेल के नए कुए होदाने के प्रारम्भिक संकेत पिछले महीने में ही दे दिए थे ।

ग्वार ग्वार गम की कीमतों में नीचे की तरफ ग्वार चुरी कोरम का मजबूत सपोर्ट है । वर्ष 2012 में ग्वार चुरी कोरमा का इतना अच्छा सपोर्ट नहीं था । अभी की परस्थितियों के अनुसार 2018 ग्वार के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक वर्ष होगा । भारत से कृषि उत्पाद के निर्यात में ग्वार गम का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होगा । अभी स्थानीय बाजारों में तेज़ी है, ग्वार की कीमतों मके पीछे भौतिक करक बहुत मजबूत है । घबराने की अभी कोई जरुरत नहीं लग रही।  

Guar guar gum prices slipped due to profit booking at upper level .

January is great month for guar and guar gum both. Guar / guar gum prices are moving in upward direction. After continue upward movement today guar / guar gum prices slipped from its upper level due to profit booking in forward market.  Speculators are active in market. After fall in NCDEX guar / guar gum prices there was little bit some pressure in physical market but pressure selling was not noticed in physical market. Guar is being traded at Rs 4350/100 Kg  and guar gum is being traded at Rs 9450 in Jodhpur market. There are minor variation in other markets. 

Farmers need not to worry. Commodity prices never run in one direction.  This year  over all guar and guar gum price  will move in upward. Guar prices at level of  Rs 4500/100 Kg will be very critical and can be volatile for a period. Guar prices may take 2-3 days to sustain above this level. New stock of guar  will come after  October-18 in market, up to that time market will have to adjust itself with existing stock.  NCDEX guar / guar gum prices are major source of price discovery for physical market. Single direction NCDEX guar / guar gum price movement for one week can affect physical market btut one or two days volatility NCDEX guar / guar gum prices will not affect physical market.

Crude oil prices are at its highest level after May 2015. Complete Europe and North America, Russia, China are under cold storm there is heavy demand of heating oil and natural gas. With increasing crude oil prices,  it is expected that Guar gum demand will increase in coming days. Crude oil prices has cross the level of USD 68/barrel per day. Higher crude oil prices will badly impact the US economy. US administration will balance OPEC crude oil prices with shale oil. Guar gum is used in fracking technology and fracking technology is used to explore the shale oil. Initial signals of new oil exploration have given by US administration in last week. 

At lower side there is strong support of Guar Churi Korma. In year  2012 Guar Churi Korma support was not not so good. As per situations  It looks, that year 2018 will be historic for Guar. It will be emerge as major contributor to farm export from India. At this time physical market is strong and fundamental of guar are also strong.

क्या 2018 में ग्वार और ग्वार गम के भावों में बड़ी त्तेज़ी आएगी ? क्या ग्वार गम उद्योग के दिन फिरेंगे ?

वर्ष 2012 में ग्वार में ऐतिहासिक तेजी आई थी, उस साल ग्वार की कीमतों में दस गुना तक बढ़ोतरी हुई थी है। 2700 से 3000 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के भाव पर बिकने वाला ग्वार 30000 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के भाव तक बिका था । उस समय बाज़ार की प्रस्थितियां ग्वार के पक्ष में थी। 2012 में ग्वार का उत्पादन का अनुमान कम था, नए तेल के कुएं फ्रेकिंग तकनिकी (ग्वार का उपयोग सबसे ज्यादा इसी मे ही होता है) से खुदने शुरू हुए थे, कच्चे तेल की कीमतें ऊँचाई पर थीं। वैस की वैसी प्रिश्तितीय इस बार भी बन रही है पिछली सालों की तुलना में इस साल ग्वार का उत्पादन बहुत कम हुआ है। अमरीकी प्रशासन ने उर्जा के क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए अपने सारे के सारे तेल उत्पादन क्षेत्रों में तेल खनन का काम शुरु करने जा रहा है, जिसकी घोषना पिछले सप्ताह अमरीकी राष्ट्रपति श्री डोनाल्ड जी ट्रंपवाल ने कर दी थी, कच्चे तेल की कीमतें धीरे धीरे बढ़ रही हैं और ग्वार गम की निर्यात की मांग भी बढ़ रही है।

बाज़ार से मिले आरंभिक आकड़ों के अनुसार ग्वार की फसल का कुल उत्पादन 70,00,000 - 75,00,000  बोरी के आस पास हुआ है । इस वर्ष ग्वार का कुल उत्पादन क्षेत्रफल कम था,  पिछले 3-4 वर्षों की ग्वार की कम कीमतों के कारण सिंचाई में किसान भाइयों ने ग्वार की खेती कम कर थी । जन्हा तक पुराने स्टॉक की बात है अभी बाज़ार में ज्यादातर नयी फसल ही आ रही,व्यापारियों के साथ चर्चा के बाद यह पाया गया कि केवल कुल आवक का 15-20% ग्वार पुराना है। यह भी पाया गया है की पुराने ग्वार में से  गम का उत्पादन कम नमी के कारण कम बैठता है ।

कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में लगातार सुधार होरहा है, पिछले क्रूड आयल का भाव 2015 के बाद उच्चतम स्तर पर था। ताज़ा परिस्थितियों के अनुसार कीमतों में और वृद्धि जरी रहेगी क्योंकि तेल उत्पादक देशों के समूह ओपेक ने अपने उत्पादन में कटौती का फैसला किया है । तेल ऊत्पादक मध्य पूर्व एशिया क्षेत्र और ईरान में राजनीतिक अस्थिरता का दौर जारी है। गिर हुयी कच्चे तेल की कीमतों के कारण पिछले 4-5 वर्षों के दौरान खाड़ी के देशों का राजस्व बहुत कम होगया है । तेल ऊत्पादक मध्य पूर्व एशिया क्षेत्र के देशो का ज्यादा तर राजस्व कच्चे तेल के निर्यात से ही आता है । इन देशो की सरकारे अपना राजस्व बढ़ने संघर्ष कर रही है। हाल ही में संयुक्त अरब अमीरात और सऊदी ने राजस्व बढ़ाने के लिए बिक्री के सामान पर वैट टैक्स लगाना शुरू कर दिया है।

सरकार द्वारा जारी निर्यात के आंकड़ों के अनुसार पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में इस साल ग्वार गम एक्सपोर्ट में 45% की वृद्धि हुई है। ग्वार गम के निर्यात की प्रति इकाई मूल्य में भी वृद्धि हुई है निर्यात के डाटा बहुत ही साकारात्मक है बाजार से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार ग्वार गम के एक्सपोर्ट की डिमांड अच्छी चल रही है ।

इस साल ग्वार की नयी आवक के बाद ग्वार की कीमतें 40% तक बढ़ गई है। जोधपुर के बाजार में ग्वार के भाव 4200/ क्विंटल से  ऊपर चल रहे है । बाजार में  ग्वार की मांग के चलते इस महीने में ग्वार के भाव  रुपये 4500/ क्विंटल के स्तर को पार कर जाने  की उम्मीद है। बाज़ार के जानकारों के अनुसार वर्तमान परिदृश्य में इस साल ग्वार आराम से 5000 प्रति क्विंटल रुपये का स्तर पर आराम से पार कर लेगा  है। लेकिन किसानों और व्यापारियों को वर्ष 2012 के स्तर का इंतजार नहीं करना चाहिए अपने मुनाफे व जरुरत के अनुसार माल को धीर धीरे बेचते रहे ।

पाकिस्तानी व्यापारी और किसानों के अनुसर ग्वार की कीमतें पाकिस्तान में भी बढ़ रही है । पाकिस्तान में इस साल ग्वार का उत्पादन तो कम था परन्तुं पिछले सालों का स्टॉक अभी भी व्यापारियों और किसानों के पास रखा हुआ है । अगर ग्वार गम की कीमत अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में बढ़ती है तो  पाकिस्तान में भी ग्वार की कीमते बढ़ जाएगी ।

तेल और प्राकृतिक गैस उद्योग के अलावा,  खाद्य और फार्मा उद्योग से अच्छी ग्वार गम की अच्छी मांग चल रही है। चावल व मांस के निर्यात बाद,  निर्यात के लिए ग्वार भारत का प्रमुख कृषि उत्पाद है। ग्वार की कीमतें घरेलु कारकों के अलावा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कारको  पर भी निर्भर करती है जैसे अंतरराष्ट्रीय आर्थिक उठापटक, कच्चे तेल की कीमतें, अमरीकी डॉलर में उतार चढ़ाव, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय राजनीतिक घटनायें आदि ।  4500 के स्तर के बाद किसान को अपने मॉल को पूरा होल्ड या एक साथ बेचने की बजाय थोडा थोडा माल बेचते रहना चाहिए ।   

Is 2018 a boom year for Guar seed and guar gum or Guar Gum Industry ?

There was big boom in Guar in year 2012 and prices went up to ten times of normal price of that year. At that time condition of market was in favor of  Guar.  In 2012 production estimates were low, new oil drilling were started by fracking method, crude oil prices were at peak.  Same conditions are this times production of guar is low in comparison to last years. USA administration has planned for new drilling for self sufficient energy production, crude oil prices are moving upward and export demand of Guar gum is also increasing.  

As per production is concerned market man are giving an estimate of 70,00,000 - 75,00,000 lac bags of guar seed. This year sowing area was low and guar cultivation under irrigation conditions  were also low due to low prices of last 3-4 years. As per old stock is concerned, at thsi time only new material is coming in market. After discussion with traders it was found only 15-20 % arrival is in old stock. It was also notices that recovery of guar gum also lower in old guar in comparison to new Guar because of low moisture.

Crude oil prices are continuously improving last week it was at high level after 2015, It is expected that prices will rise further as OPEC has cut down its production there is political instability in middle east region and Iran. Export of crude was dropped down in monetary terms during last 4-5 years from Gulf countries. Most of revenue in gulf countries comes from export of crude oil. Govt are struggling to increase the revenue in these countries, recently UAE and Saudi has imposed VAT  on goods to increase revenue.

As per data released by Govt export of guar gum has increased up 45 % in comparison to last year . There is also increase in  revenue in per unit terms. Exiting export data are very positive and as per market information there significant export demand. 

Till now prices of guar has grown up to 40 %. Guar is being traded at Rs 4200 /100 Kg in Jodhpur markets. There is demand in market prices are expected to cross Rs 4500/100 Kg level in this month. As per market men in current scenario Rs 5000 is achievable level. But farmers and traders should not wait for 2012 level. 

As per pakistani traders and farmers prices are also increasing Pakistan. This year production of Guar seed was also low in Pakistan but existing stock is still with traders and farmers in Pakistan. if prices of Guar gum rises in international market then prices of Guar will also go up in Pakistan.

Other than demand from oil and natural gas industry there is good from Food & Pharma industry. After Rice and Buffalo meat, Guar is major farm export commodity from India.  Except domestic factors prices of Guar is also affected with international economic movement like crud oil prices, USD exchange ratio, Geopolitical incidents and international politics. After 4500 level farmer should keep releasing their stock slowly and slowly in parts instead of complete holding or  one lot selling.

Guar gum export 2017-2018 from ( from April-17 to November - 17 )

Prices are also positive in commodity market. Forward contracts of  Jan, Feb, March and April NCDEX are being traded at Rs/100 Kg 4254, 4327,4381, 4457 with open interest of  48000, 42460, 10080, 1110 .

This year export demand of guar gum has increased 42%

As per primary data released by APEDA, export of guar gum has increased in thsi year in comparison to previous year. Last year (2016) there was export  of 2,26,431 MT of gur gum during April to November and This year (2017) there is export of 3,21,570 MT of Guar gum during April to November . There is increase of 42% in terms of volume of guar gum. 

In monetary term last year there was export of 1672 Crore Rupees, this year there is export of 2588 Crore Rupees.  There is in crease of  54.8% increase in value of exported guar gum in Indian rupees. In American Dollar, last year value of exported guar gum was 250 Million USD this year value of  exported guar gum is 401 Million USD. There is  60.8% increase in value of guar exported guar gum in USD.

Significant 42% demand has increased from April to November period . As per market inputs It is also expected that trend will remain in same direction for the rest of period from December to March.

कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी के साथ ग्वार की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी हो  रही है।   क्रूड ऑयल की कीमत धीरे-धीरे बढ़ रही है यह ग्वार गम की मांग में वृद्धि के लिए एक अच्छा संकेत है। ब्रेंट क्रूड ऑयल 64 अमरीकी डालर प्रति बैरल के स्तर को पार कर गया है। कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी के साथ नई ड्रिलिंग गतिविधियों में भी वृद्धि की उम्मीद है। ग्वार गम की प्रमुख मांग अमेरिका और अन्य नए तेल की उत्पादन  वाले देशों से बढ़ने की उम्मीद है।

ग्वार की कीमत पाकिस्तान में भी बढ़ रही है। ग्वार बीज का इस साल उत्पादन भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों देशों में कम है। कुछ व्यापारियों को 2012 की तरह ग्वार कीमतों में तेजी की उम्मीद है। बाजार जानकारी के अनुसार 5000 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल का स्तर पार करना बहुत मुश्किल होगा।  ग्वार की नयी फसल दस महीने बाद  अक्टूबर के अंत तक आएगी।  तब तक ईसी साल के स्टॉक से काम चलना पड़ेगा। बढ़ती कीमतों साथ और किसान व स्टॉकिस्ट अधिक मार्जिन के लिए माल को पकड़े रखने की कोशिश करेंगे।

बाजार की जानकारी के अनुसार इस साल 70,00,000 -75,00,000 बोरी (100 किग्रा प्रति बोरी ) के उत्पादन का अनुमान हैं। इस वर्ष नए फसल का व्यापर  3200/100 किग्रा के स्तर से शुरू हुआ था।  धीरे धीरे स्थानीय बाजार में 4100/100 किलोग्राम के स्तर तक पहुंच गया है, इस प्रकार ग्वार ने अभी तक 25% से अधिक का रिटर्न दे दिया है। यदि यह 4500/100 किलोग्राम के स्तर तक पहुंच जाता है तो ग्वार  40% तक रिटर्न  हो जायेगा ।

ग्वार गम की कीमतें भी  ग्वार  की कीमतों के साथ बढ़ रही हैं। नई फसल के लिए आगमन के समय करीब ग्वार गम 7900/100 किग्रा के आसपास कारोबार कर रहा था, अब यह 9000 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के स्तर तक पहुंच चुका है, हालांकि ग्वार गम की कीमते ग्वार की नयी फसल आने के बाद ग्वार की कीमतों के साथ साथ बढ़ रही है लेकिन निर्यात की बढती मांग  से कीमतों को ज्यादा मजबूती मिली है ।  इस साल ग्वार गम की कीमत 12000 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल के स्तर को छू सकती है।

बेहतर कीमतों के लिए किसान 2-3 महीने तक इंतजार कर सकते हैं। जैसे ही मौजूदा स्टॉक बाजार में समायोजित होगा और बाजार में ग्वार बीज की मांग बढ़ जाएगी। इस समय सभी मुख्य कारक ग्वार की कीमतों के लिए सकारात्मक हैं। एक बार जब यह 4500 के स्तर को पार करेगा तो नए निवेशक ग्वार में निवेश करेंगे और बाज़ार से नए शिरे से ग्वार की ग्वार की मांग बढ़ेगी । गवार फसल का ज्यादातर उत्पादन बरसात के क्षेत्र/ बरानी क्षेत्र में होता है । ग्वार फसल का अच्छा उत्पादन यहां ​​कि वर्षा पर निर्भर करता है। ग्वार के उत्पादन क्षेत्र में  इस साल वर्षा पैटर्न खराब था।

Guar prices are moving in upward directions with increasing crude oil prices. Crude Oil price is increasing slowly and slowly. This is a good sign for increase in demand of guar gum. Brent crude oil has crossed the level of 64 USD/ barrel. New drilling activities are also expected to increase with increasing crude oil prices. Fresh arrival of guar seed come after ten months in October. with increasing prices stockist and farmers will try to hold materiel for more margin.

Market men are providing the figure of  guar seed production of 70,00,000 -75,00,000 bags (100 Kg each). This year fresh crop was started to traded at the level of 3200/100 Kg. It has reached to the level of Rs 4100/100 Kg in local market, thus gaur has given the return more than 25% till now. If it will reach to the level of Rs 4500/100 Kg then there will be 40 % return.

Prices of guar gum is also increasing in the same trend. Guar gum was trading around Rs7600/100 Kg at the time of arrival fo new crop now it has touched the level of  Rs 9000/1000 kg though Guar gum prices are in line with trend of fresh crop arrival but after export demand arrival trend is major factro which influence the guar gum prices. This year prices of guar gum may touch the level of Rs 12000/100 kg.

Farmers can wait for new 2-3 months for better prices.Existing stock will adjust in market and demand of guar seed will increase in market. At this time all the factors are positive for guar prices. Once it will cross the 4500 level then individual investors will start to buy the stock. Most of Guar crop is grown in rainfed area. Crop production depends on good and even rainfall. This year rainfall pattern was  poor in guar growing belt.

During this month prices of Guar seed are moving around 3800-3900/ 100 Kg. This is last phase of peak arrival time of Guar seed in local markets in Guar seed growing area. Supply of guar seed from farmers to market will come down by the end of December. New stock has almost settled either with traders / processor or farmers. By this time if farmers has not sold his production then he will wait for 5-6 months.

Next 3-4 months are very important for guar seed.  As per market information , total production of guar in this year is expected around 70,00,000-75,00,000 Bags ( 100 kg each). This figure is much lower than previous years. In next three four months prices of guar seed is expected to cross the level of Rs 4500 / 100 Kg. 

As per inputs from markets and other stack holders current demand of guar gum is low. If we consider all facts then we find that Guar seed will god return in coming months. In international market Crude oil prices are also improving slowly and slowly.

Will guar seed ( Guar gum ) give good return this year 2017-2018 ?

During last three years Guar was under pressure of major factors like over production, Poor demand and poor crude oil prices. As commodity Guar gave a good return during last year. Last year arrival prices weer around 3200/ 100 Kg and it went up to 4200/100 Kg . During last year there was around 30 % hike in prices. This year it is expected that Guar will give good return.

( a) Low Cultivation Area ; This year total guar cultivation area was around 36,00,000 Hectare. Most of area was from rainfed area. Where productivity remains around 200 Kg per hectare or lower. As per inputs from different sources Total production of guar is expected to around 70,00,000-72,00,000 Bags.Crop was poor in comparison to last years. 

(b) Poor crop.  : This year climatic condition for guar cultivation was poor. Rainfall distribution was not equal . Most of cultivation area was under rain fed condition. In earlier some are was under irrigated conditions so production was not so bad in those area. Weight of seed is also poor. It will impact the recovery of guar split from guar seed.

(c) Improving crude oil prices : Crude oil  prices is major fundamental factor toward the demand side. if prices of crude oil goes up then it will impact new oil drilling activities in USA and Other new countries. It is expected that demand of Guar gum will increase with improving crude oil prices. It is moving toward USD 70 per Barrel.

All the factors are positive for guar commodity. Comparatively Guar will give good return in comparison to other kharif commodities.
